  • Service Non-Availability: If a service purchased by the customer is unavailable, Govisum.org will offer an alternative service or provide a full refund.
  • Processing Delays: In the event of unreasonable delays beyond the standard processing time (7 days) due to issues within govisum.org's control, a refund may be issued.
  • Duplicate Payments: If a customer is charged twice for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Incomplete or Incorrect Service Delivery: If the service delivered does not match what was promised (e.g., incorrect travel documents, incorrect package details), a refund or replacement service may be offered.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer Error: No refund will be provided if the customer provides incorrect information, such as wrong personal details or incomplete documentation that leads to rejection by the concerned authorities.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for customers who wish to cancel the service after payment is made, except under exceptional conditions agreed upon by Govisum.org.
  • Visa Rejection: If a travel visa application is rejected by the respective embassy or immigration authorities, the service fees are non-refundable. The decision to grant or reject a visa is beyond the control of Govisum.

  • Request Submission: Customers must submit a formal refund request via email, outlining the reasons for the refund and including any necessary supporting documents.
  • Approval Timeline: Once the refund request is received, it will be reviewed by the Govisum team, and a decision will be made within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used by the customer (Visa or MasterCard, etc) and will reflect in the customer’s account within 14 business days.


5. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (events beyond the company’s control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or government regulations), refunds may not be possible. However, govisum.org will work with customers to reschedule services or provide alternative options.
